How long does it take to receive my order (International)

Most International orders arrive between 7-14 business days. Due to customs clearance (which differs in each country of import), some orders may take up to 4 weeks.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Once your order confirmation has been received, it can take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

What if I am not there to receive my package?

If you can’t change your delivery address and no one else can accept the delivery at the delivery address, it may be left at a carrier’s facility.

ZORQ gears ships globally from our headquarters in Nampa, Idaho, USA. We offer free shipping within the domestic United States for orders over $150.
